Style Sells

One of my favorite agents reached out to me to stage this cozy bungalow. It had been sitting on the market unstaged for over 120 days, but I was ready for the challenge. The location was great, so I knew we would find a buyer with proper staging.

The first room to be staged was this office. Who wouldn't envision themselves in an inviting, clean space?! With the office as a jumping off point, the house drew in the buyers.

Home staging is more than decorating a wall and adding chairs. At the core of staging, it is about creating a space that potential buyers picture themselves living in. These few light bulb moments make homes memorable and desirable.

Within two weeks, the house was under contract. From 120 days of no action to a contract in two weeks, we have come a long way, baby! The total cost of staging was less than it cost to carry the house for two months. Money well spent!
